Warehouse Management

Last updated: April 30, 2026

What is this page?

The Warehouse Management page gives you visibility into the warehouses associated with your TikTok Shop, including those used for TikTok's Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) service. You can view warehouse details, configure fee settings, and monitor warehouse activity. This page helps you understand and manage the fulfillment side of your business.

Note: This feature is currently available to select accounts. If you do not see the Warehouse page in your navigation, it has not been enabled for your account yet.

  • ID -- internal warehouse identifier
  • Name -- warehouse name from TikTok Shop, with an optional custom label subtitle
  • Type -- FBS, Return, Sales Warehouse, or Return Warehouse

Search warehouses by name, ID, or label.

  • All Warehouses -- show everything
  • Configured Only -- only warehouses with fees set up
  • Not Configured -- warehouses that still need setup

Export CSV

Download the warehouse list as a CSV file, respecting your current filters and sort order.

Warehouse Fee Configuration

Click Configure on a warehouse to open the fee modal, organized in 4 tabs:

General

  • Custom label
  • Notes
  • Minimum monthly cost
  • Currency

Storage & Warehousing

  • Storage fee value
  • Storage fee unit (per unit/month or per cubic meter/month)
  • Free storage days (0-365)

Fulfillment & Operations

  • Fulfillment fee (fixed)
  • Return handling fee
  • Packaging fee (basic)

Shipping & Customs

  • Customs fee (fixed)
  • Freight delivery fee
  • Import taxes and duties

These fees feed into your profit calculations for accurate FBT cost tracking.

Dashboard Widget

When Warehouse Management is enabled, a warehouse analytics widget also appears on the Dashboard page, showing key metrics at a glance: Total Warehouses, Configured percentage, Total Monthly Cost, Average Storage Cost, SKUs with Fees, Fee Currency Distribution, and Recent Fee Updates.

Custom Labels

Assign your own labels to warehouses for easier identification. This is especially helpful if you use multiple FBT warehouses in different regions -- you can label them by location (e.g., "East Coast FBT", "West Coast FBT") instead of relying on TikTok's default naming.

Fee Impact Preview

When configuring warehouse fees, the system shows how the fee changes will affect your profit calculations, so you can verify the numbers before saving.

Common Questions

Why do I not see the Warehouse page?

Warehouse Management is a feature that is enabled on a per-account basis. If it does not appear in your navigation sidebar, it has not been activated for your account. Contact support if you believe it should be available.

Do I need to set up warehouse fees?

If you use TikTok's FBT service, setting up warehouse fees ensures your FBT Fees line item in the Profit & Loss is accurate. Without configuration, the fees shown will be based on what TikTok reports in their settlement data.

How do warehouse fees affect my P&L?

Warehouse fees appear as "FBT Fees" in the Expense section of your Profit & Loss page. They reduce your Operating Profit. Accurate fee configuration ensures this expense line reflects your true costs.

Can I manage inventory levels from this page?

The Warehouse Management page currently focuses on fee configuration and warehouse status. For product-level cost management, use the Inventory page.

What is the difference between FBT and FBS?

FBT (Fulfilled by TikTok) means TikTok stores your products in their warehouses and handles shipping when a customer orders. You pay FBT fees for this service. FBS (Fulfilled by Seller) means you store and ship products yourself. FBS may involve separate shipping costs that you can track via FBS shipping import on the Orders page.

How do I know if my warehouse fees are accurate?

Compare the FBT Fees line item in your Profit & Loss against your TikTok Seller Center statements. If you have configured warehouse fees in Dashboardly, the values should closely match. If you have not configured fees, Dashboardly uses the fee amounts reported by TikTok in their settlement data.

Will more warehouse features be added?

Warehouse Management is actively being developed. Future updates may include inventory level tracking, restock alerts, and storage cost optimization recommendations. Check the changelog for updates.
