Overview
Brand plans are designed for TikTok Shop sellers and their teams. Every plan includes Dashboardly's core profit and analytics tools. Plans differ by included orders, shop connections, team size, support, and higher-tier features.
Growing, Pro, and Enterprise now include more orders in each usage month at the same base price, and the standard Enterprise Flex Charge Limit is now $250. Starter is unchanged. Base prices and per-order Flex rates did not change.
The figures below describe the standard monthly Brand plans. Included orders and the Flex Charge Limit apply to each usage month. Annual plans bill the base price once a year and still have a monthly usage allowance and a separate monthly Flex Charge Limit. Open Settings > Subscription to see the exact monthly or annual options available to your account before you confirm a purchase or plan change.

Standard Monthly Base + Flex Limit is the standard monthly base price plus the standard Flex Charge Limit, before taxes, credits, discounts, and separate services. Use it to compare plans. It is not a guaranteed invoice total.
The standard Flex Charge Limit is also the highest limit you can select on that plan. The billable-order threshold is your included orders plus the Flex orders your selected limit can cover. For Growing, that is 10,000 included orders plus 10,000 Flex orders ($80 / $0.008), or 20,000 orders. The threshold is not an import limit. After the limit, imports continue and existing visible data stays available. New post-cap orders are saved but hidden from views, reports, and exports until you raise your limit or upgrade. Raising the limit releases them. No further Flex charges accrue in that usage month.
Your Current Allowance
Settings > Subscription always shows the included orders, Flex Charge Limit, and billable-order threshold that apply to your current usage month. A usage month never changes partway through, and orders already counted or charged are not recalculated.
Your selected Flex Charge Limit is never raised automatically. You can choose any limit up to your plan's standard Flex Charge Limit in Settings > Subscription.

Enterprise does not include 162,500 prepaid orders. It includes 100,000 orders. The $250 Flex Charge Limit then covers up to 62,500 Flex orders at $0.004 each. After the limit, imports continue and existing visible data stays available. New post-cap orders are saved but hidden from views, reports, and exports until you raise your limit or upgrade. No further Flex charges accrue in that usage month.

Custom Arrangements
Some high-volume or complex accounts may have a negotiated agreement that differs from the standard plan table. If your account has a custom entitlement, the terms shown in Settings > Subscription, your order form, and your checkout confirmation govern that account. Support may temporarily keep post-cap records visible while a reviewed custom arrangement is pending. This exception does not change billing counters or waive charges already incurred.
How to Choose the Right Plan
Start with your expected monthly order volume and number of TikTok Shops:
- Up to 1,500 orders and one shop: Starter may fit.
- Up to 10,000 orders and three shops: Growing may fit.
- Up to 50,000 orders and five shops: Pro may fit.
- Up to 100,000 included orders and ten shops: Enterprise may fit.
Going above your included orders does not stop synchronization. Each Flex order is charged at your plan's rate until your Flex Charge Limit is reached. After the limit, imports continue and existing visible data stays available. New post-cap orders are saved but hidden from views, reports, and exports until you raise your limit or upgrade, and raising the limit releases them. No further Flex charges accrue in that usage month.
Dashboardly shows in-app alerts when you reach 80%, 90% and 100% of your included orders, and again at 80% and 100% of your Flex Charge Limit. See Understanding Limits and Overages for the full billing explanation.
Upgrading or Downgrading
- Upgrading: You can upgrade from Settings > Subscription. Review the displayed charge and timing before confirming. An upgrade with more capacity also releases post-cap orders that were hidden after your Flex Charge Limit was reached.
- Downgrading: A downgrade normally takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, subject to the shop and team limits of the new plan.
- Switching billing frequency: Monthly and annual options are shown in Settings > Subscription. Annual billing is paid upfront; review the checkout confirmation for the exact amount and credits. An annual plan's base price is billed annually, with a monthly usage allowance and a separate monthly Flex Charge Limit.

New accounts receive a guaranteed 14-day free trial. Review Settings > Subscription and the checkout confirmation for your trial end date, payment requirements, first billing date, and cancellation terms before you confirm. Separately agreed custom or reactivation offers follow their displayed terms and may have a different free period.
