Overview
Connecting your TikTok Ads account lets you track ad spend, campaign performance, and return on ad spend (ROAS) directly in Dashboardly. This connection is optional — you can use Dashboardly without it and connect anytime later.
When to Connect
You can connect TikTok Ads:
- During sign-up — After connecting your TikTok Shop, you'll see an option to connect Ads
- From Settings — Go to Settings → Shops, find your shop, and click Connect TikTok Ads
How to Connect
- Click Connect TikTok Ads (from sign-up or Settings)
- You'll be redirected to TikTok's Ads authorization page
- Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account
- Review and approve the permissions
- You'll be redirected back to Dashboardly
After authorization, Dashboardly will:

Shop-Level Connections
TikTok Ads connections are managed per shop. If you have multiple shops:

- Connect/disconnect ads independently per shop
- View ad data filtered by the currently active shop
Managing Your Connection
Disconnect (Pause)
- Go to Settings → Shops
- Click Disconnect next to TikTok Ads
- Historical data is preserved, new data stops importing
- You can reconnect anytime
Reconnect
- Click Reconnect to resume data import
- Import picks up from where it left off
Delete
- Completely removes the ads connection
- Revokes the access token on TikTok's side
Troubleshooting
Token Expired
TikTok Ads tokens expire periodically. When this happens:
- You'll see a notification in Dashboardly
- Click Reconnect and go through the OAuth flow again
No Data Showing
- Ad data import may take a few minutes after connecting
- Ensure your TikTok Ads account has active campaigns
- Check that the correct shop is selected in the shop switcher
