Overview
Getting started with Dashboardly takes just a few minutes. You'll create an account, verify your email, connect your TikTok Shop, and choose a plan.
Step 1: Sign Up
Go to app.dashboardly.io and click Sign Up. Fill in the following:
- Full Name — Your name as it will appear in your account
- Email — Your login email (used for verification and notifications)
- Phone (optional) — Your phone number in international format
- Password — At least 6 characters with at least one letter and one special character
- Terms of Service — You must agree to continue
You can also opt in to receive product updates and tips via email.
Step 2: Verify Your Email
After signing up, you'll receive a verification code at your email address.
- Enter the 8-character code from the email
- The code is valid for 15 minutes
- If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or click Resend Code
Step 3: Connect Your TikTok Shop
After email verification, you'll be prompted to connect your TikTok Shop. This is required to use Dashboardly — see Connecting Your TikTok Shop for the full guide.
You'll also have the option to connect TikTok Ads (optional at this stage).
Step 4: Choose Your Plan
Select the plan that fits your business. Visit dashboardly.io/pricing for current plan details and pricing.
- All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends
- Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing (save with annual plans)
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings
After selecting a plan, you'll be redirected to Stripe to enter your payment details. Once complete, you'll land on your dashboard.

- Set up your Cost of Goods (COGS) to unlock accurate profit tracking
- Explore your Dashboard to understand your key metrics
- Connect TikTok Ads to track your ad performance
Resuming an Incomplete Signup
If you started signing up but didn't finish, just return to the signup page with the same email. Dashboardly will detect your incomplete registration and let you pick up where you left off.
