Agency Plans

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Overview

Agency plans are for teams managing multiple clients' TikTok Shops. You can group connected shops by client and give collaborators access to the shops they need. Choose a plan by your total connected shops, shared collaborator allowance, and monthly order volume.

The comparison below reflects the plan catalogue checked on September 15, 2026. It separates plan capacity from features that need account setup or additional access. Buying a plan does not automatically enable a client portal, Developer REST API access, or partner commissions. For an overview of agency workflows, see Dashboardly for agencies.

Plans at a Glance

All prices are in USD. Annual prices are charged once per year; the monthly equivalents below are not monthly instalments.

Annual billing saves $600, $960, or $1,440 respectively compared with twelve monthly payments — approximately 20%. Annual plans keep the same monthly included-order allowances.

Shop slots count connected shops, not clients. A client with three shops uses three slots. Collaborator allowances are shared across your agency, not repeated for each client; pending invitations also count toward the allowance. Review the current checkout before subscribing.

Plan Details and Order Allowances

Agency Starter is a fit for an agency with up to 10 connected shops and 10 collaborators. It includes 30,000 orders per month. Additional orders cost $0.004 each, with a $200 monthly cap on order overage charges.

Agency Growth supports up to 20 connected shops and 15 collaborators, with 75,000 included orders per month. Additional orders cost $0.003 each, with a $250 monthly cap on order overage charges.

Agency Pro supports up to 40 connected shops, unlimited collaborators, and unlimited included orders with no order overage charge. Unlimited orders does not mean unlimited connected shops.

The overage cap is separate from the subscription price. For example, 5,000 additional orders on Agency Starter cost $20 at the published rate, making the monthly subscription plus those order charges $269 before any other applicable charges. A cap on order charges is not a promise of unlimited processing on Starter or Growth. If you expect unusually high volume, ask support to confirm a suitable plan before connecting your shops.

See Understanding Limits and Overages for usage terminology. For more than 40 connected shops or specific service requirements, contact support to discuss availability and terms; custom service commitments require separate confirmation.

Your Team, Clients, and Reporting

Agency plans provide a workspace for connected client shops and scoped team access. Assign collaborators to the shops they need; a person's role or place in your team does not automatically give them access to every client. See Team Management and Collaborators for access controls.

Agency reports support branded web and PDF reports with an agency logo and accent colour. Reporting access requires an active or trial Agency subscription and the appropriate report permissions. Branding changes require an owner or administrator. Do not choose Growth or Pro solely on the assumption that lower Agency tiers cannot use branded reporting.

Reports can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or quarterly when scheduling is available to your account and your permissions allow it. Configure recipients and the schedule before relying on delivery. This guide does not promise daily schedules or a fixed number of report templates.

Branded reports are different from replacing the Dashboardly application's branding or hosting the application on your own domain. A Pro subscription is not a promise of a fully white-labelled application, custom domain, or custom dashboard. For the reporting workflow, see Agency Branded Reports.

Client Portal and Integration Access

Client portal availability is controlled for each agency and is not enabled by default. When enabled, client users can access only the explicitly assigned shops belonging to their client. Portal access does not give them Agency Reports access or permission to manage your agency. Ask support to confirm availability for your account before promising portal access to a client; a Growth or Pro subscription alone does not activate it.

MCP connects supported AI assistants to Dashboardly. Agency monthly and annual plans are eligible, but you still need a valid subscription and an authorised connection. Follow Connecting AI Assistants to Dashboardly.

The Developer REST API is a separate integration option for your own software. It must be enabled for your account and used with a properly authorised key. MCP eligibility does not enable the Developer REST API, and Pro is not an automatic API activation. See Developer REST API and confirm access before building an integration.

The Solutions Partner Program

The current Dashboardly Solutions Partner Program offer, checked on September 16, 2026, advertises 25% recurring commission for 12 months from a referred client's first paid invoice. The campaign also states a $100 minimum payout, a 90-day cookie window, NET-30 payouts, and 60-day deal-registration exclusivity. Joining is by invitation and approval. An Agency subscription does not automatically enrol you or guarantee commission payments.

Use the current programme page to apply and confirm the applicable referral, attribution, and payment terms with the partner team. Do not rely on retired or unpublished commission terms. Co-marketing opportunities are not guaranteed case studies, badges, directory placements, landing pages, or events included in a particular Agency tier.

Referral attribution and shop access are separate. A referral link does not give your agency permission to view a shop. Connecting and assigning a client's shops requires the appropriate access, and those shops count toward your plan's shop allowance.

Choosing or Changing Your Plan

Start with your total shop count: Starter supports up to 10 shops, Growth up to 20, and Pro up to 40. Then compare your collaborator count and expected monthly orders. A higher shop allowance may be useful even when your current order volume is low. Confirm any portal, integration, onboarding, or support requirements separately; do not treat plan names as a guarantee of a particular response time or dedicated service.

If you only need to view a small number of shops, compare Brand Plans and the current pricing page. A Brand plan with several shop slots is not the same as an Agency workspace and does not automatically include agency workflows or partner commissions.

Review your current subscription and the proposed checkout before changing plans. Check the effective date, charges, and target plan's capacity rather than assuming every upgrade or downgrade follows the same timing. See Plans and Billing. Confirm trial eligibility, duration, payment details, and cancellation terms in the offer shown to your account; do not assume a trial activates every separately controlled feature.

Common Questions

Does Pro give me unlimited shops? No. Pro has 40 connected shop slots. Its unlimited order and collaborator allowances do not remove that shop limit.

Are collaborator limits per client? No. They are shared across the agency, and pending invitations count too. Shop assignments control which clients' data each collaborator can access.

Does buying an Agency plan activate partner commissions or a client portal? No. Partner participation requires approval, and portal availability is controlled for each agency.

Can I use MCP access as a Developer REST API key? No. These are separate access paths. Follow the relevant setup guide and confirm the permissions available to your account.

Which price should I confirm before purchasing? Review the current checkout, including the billing period and order charges. The annual monthly equivalent in this article describes the annual charge divided by twelve; it is not a monthly payment schedule.
