Your Setup Checklist
Follow these steps to get the most out of Dashboardly. Each step builds on the previous one.
Account Setup
- Create your account at app.dashboardly.io — Guide
- Verify your email using the 8-character code sent to your inbox
- Choose a plan that fits your business (all paid plans include a 14-day free trial)
Connect Your Shop
- Connect your TikTok Shop — This is required for Dashboardly to work — Guide
- Wait for the initial data import to complete — Guide
- Connect TikTok Ads (optional) — For ad spend and ROAS tracking — Guide
Set Up Your Costs
- Add Cost of Goods (COGS) for your products — This is critical for accurate profit tracking — Guide
- Add FBS Shipping Costs (if using FBS) — Go to Inventory for shipping cost import
Explore Your Data
- Review your Dashboard — Check your key metrics and charts — Guide
- Check the P&L Report — See your full Profit & Loss breakdown
- Browse your Orders — Filter and search your order history
- Explore Customer Analytics — See your customer LTV and retention
Customize Your Experience
- Enable the Daily Email Digest — Get yesterday's key metrics every morning at 8:00 AM EST. Enable in Settings → General → Email Preferences
- Invite your team — Add collaborators in Settings → Collaborators
- Connect additional shops (if applicable) — Add more shops in Settings → Shops
