Agency Dashboard

Overview

The Agency Dashboard gives you one view of the client shops your agency manages. It combines financial performance, team portfolio review, and available TikTok Shop Performance Score information without mixing data from shops that a team member is not allowed to see.

Agency owners see the full managed portfolio. Account Managers and Account Directors see only the client shops assigned to their individual login.

Portfolio Review

The Portfolio Review section helps agency leaders compare responsibility areas instead of opening each client shop separately. An agency owner first assigns each internal collaborator an Account Manager or Account Director label, a Portfolio Pod, and explicit access to the relevant client shops in Agency Settings > Collaborators.

Account Manager rows show the number of clients and shops assigned to that person, followed by GMV, net profit, and orders. Account Director pod rows combine the shops assigned to Account Managers in the same pod, allowing a Director or workspace owner to review the group as a whole.

An Account Manager sees a focused Your assigned portfolio card and does not see the Director pod comparison. An Account Director sees the Account Manager portfolios they are permitted to review together with their own Director pod roll-up. Agency owners and administrators see the full cross-team comparison.

Money is always grouped by the shop's native currency. For example, if the “Beauty” pod includes one UK shop and one French shop, Dashboardly shows separate GBP and EUR values. It does not convert or silently add those amounts together. Shop access remains the security boundary: assigning a person to a pod does not give them access to shops that the owner has not selected.

Shop Health (US Beta)

The Shop Health section shows TikTok's Shop Performance Score, score tier, peer percentile, and the highest-priority issue reported for connected US shops. This gives an agency a quick operational signal alongside financial performance and can help the team decide which client shop needs attention first.

TikTok currently makes Shop Performance Score data available for US-region shops only. UK and EU shops remain visible in the section with an explanation that this health signal is not available for their region. If a US connection does not include TikTok Shop Analytics permission, Dashboardly shows that the permission is unavailable and support checks the partner-app access. You do not need to reconnect unless Dashboardly separately reports that the shop authorization has expired or been revoked.

In Dashboardly's public demo, US Shop Health cards use illustrative SPS snapshots so you can review the layout without connecting a real TikTok Shop. These cards are marked Demo data and Demo snapshot. They do not test or change a real shop authorization; live agency workspaces continue to use the SPS values provided by TikTok.

Shop Performance Score is not the same as TikTok policy violations or the Seller Center notification inbox. TikTok does not currently expose those two surfaces through its documented partner integration, so continue checking TikTok Shop Seller Center for violation notices, appeals, and operational notifications. A temporary Shop Health error does not affect Dashboardly financial reporting.

Shop and Client Performance

The financial summary and Shop Performance cards use the selected date range and show the same canonical shop metrics used elsewhere in Dashboardly. Use the Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Last 12 months preset, or choose a custom range; changing a preset refreshes the portfolio totals and each Shop Performance card for that period. You can switch between card and row layouts, select a shop to open its detailed dashboard, and compare results within each currency.

The Client Portfolio Summary gives each client one consolidated view across all of its connected shops. It shows Gross Sales, GMV, orders, and shop count for the selected period. Money remains separated by native currency: a client with UK, US, and European shops has distinct GBP, USD, and EUR rows rather than one misleading combined total.

Use the client selector in Shop Performance to focus the shop cards or rows on one client. Choose All clients to return to the full agency portfolio. The filter follows the same shop-access permissions as the rest of the Agency Dashboard, so an Account Manager or Account Director can select only clients whose shops they are permitted to view.

The dashboard also separates pending, expired, and disconnected clients from active shops. Agency owners can continue onboarding or reconnect a shop from the related client or settings page. A collaborator with no assigned shops sees a clear message to contact the agency owner instead of seeing another team's data.

Group Existing Shops Under a Client

Agency owners can group shops already in their workspace under one client from Clients. For example, a brand's Italy, France, and Germany shops can all belong to one client even when their shop names differ.

To create the client and group its shops:

  1. Open Clients → Add Client and enter the client name.
  2. Under Assign existing shops (optional), select the shops that belong to that client.
  3. Click Create Client. The client list and sidebar update with the selected shops.

To add existing shops to a client you already created, open that client's Add Shop menu, choose Assign Existing Shops, select the shops, and click Assign Shops. Only unassigned shops from your own workspace are offered. If another user assigns a selected shop before you save, refresh the list and choose again.

Grouping keeps each shop's existing history and connection status. You do not need to authorize an already connected shop again or send an invitation just to group it. Disconnected shops can also be assigned, but they remain disconnected: open Settings → Shops, find the shop under Disconnected Shops, and use Reconnect to restore its TikTok connection. A client with at least one connected shop is shown as connected; check each shop's own status as well.

This action does not grant collaborators access to additional shops. Manage those permissions separately in Agency Settings → Collaborators. Existing-shop assignment is unavailable in the public demo.

Dashboardly also retains automatic linking when exactly one active unassigned shop and one client have matching names, ignoring capitalization. When names differ or several shops belong to a client, use the explicit selection above.

Common Questions

Why can an Account Director not see every shop in their pod?

Portfolio labels describe the review relationship, while shop assignments control data access. Ask the agency owner to add the missing shop in Agency Settings > Collaborators.

Why is a UK or EU shop missing a Shop Performance Score?

TikTok currently limits this Shop Performance Score integration to US-region shops. Dashboardly still reports the shop's supported financial and operational data.

Does Shop Health replace Seller Center?

No. Use Dashboardly to review the available Shop Performance Score and use Seller Center for policy violations, appeals, and notifications that TikTok does not currently share with partner applications.
