Plans and Billing

Dernière mise à jour : 16 septembre 2026

Overview

Dashboardly offers several subscription plans designed for different business sizes. Whether you are just starting on TikTok Shop or managing multiple shops at scale, there is a plan that fits your needs.

All plans are billed through Stripe, a secure payment processor. You can manage your subscription, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from within Dashboardly.

Choosing a Plan After Registration

If you create an account without starting a subscription, Dashboardly shows a reminder banner at the top of the application. The banner appears for both brand and agency workspaces, so you do not need to create a second account or repeat registration.

Select Choose a Plan in the banner to open Settings > Subscription, review the plans available for your workspace type, and start the plan or trial that fits your current shop and order volume. Agency users stay inside the agency workspace throughout this flow.

The reminder remains visible while registration is incomplete. After a plan is active, it disappears automatically. If your agency later approaches its included shop or order capacity, contact Dashboardly support to discuss a custom plan rather than creating another workspace.

What "Orders Included" Means

Each plan includes a set number of orders per billing cycle. This is the number of new orders that Dashboardly processes from your TikTok Shop during that period.

If you exceed your included orders, overage charges apply at your plan's per-order rate. You can set an Overage Cap to limit how much extra you are willing to pay.

Order usage can appear in Dashboardly before its related Stripe invoice charge is confirmed. If a delayed charge cannot be safely verified, Dashboardly holds the billing record for review instead of submitting the same order again automatically. Contact support if an invoice charge does not match the order usage or cap shown in Settings > Subscription.

The cap is reached when its remaining budget cannot cover one more extra order, even if a small fraction remains. The cap is a billing ceiling, not a sync limit. When you reach it, Dashboardly stops adding overage charges. New orders continue syncing securely into Dashboardly so they are not lost, but orders received after the cap are held from customer-visible order results.

Dashboardly keeps a warning banner visible after the cap is reached, including after you reload or sign back in. All pages included in your plan remain available, including Inventory, Customers, Marketing, and your reports. Reaching the cap does not redirect you to Orders or prevent you from using those pages.

The banner updates automatically while Dashboardly is open and when you return to its tab. A renewal payment does not remove the warning while previously held orders remain hidden. If a failed payment also requires action, the banner directs you to update your payment method. If your subscription has ended, it directs you to choose a plan to restore access.

Orders that were visible before the cap remain accessible and continue receiving status, refund, and settlement updates. Newly received post-cap orders stay out of order lists, order details, order-derived sales and profit, customer purchase history and analytics, and report exports until release. Reports use the same visible order set even after a reload or when reopening a saved result. A report may need to prepare a fresh result after this change in visibility.

Inventory, product information, and settings remain usable. Independent costs and source data, such as Ad Spend and Manual Adjustments, may continue to update. Cashflow excludes settlement amounts linked to held orders while retaining separate account adjustments and any existing reconciliation difference. During this limited view, report totals may differ from TikTok's complete reports.

Held orders remain hidden across monthly renewals and annual monthly allowance resets. To release them on an active paid subscription, increase your Overage Cap within your plan’s maximum so it provides additional order capacity, upgrade to a plan with enough capacity, activate an approved custom plan, or contact support for an approved release. Increasing the cap does not remove a manual overage pause or resolve a failed payment.

If support has granted temporary access while reviewing a custom plan, you can see held orders during that review. Once your billing allowance is available again, the temporary-access warning disappears, including after a reload. It appears again if you reach your current overage cap. If temporary access ends while orders are still held, the hidden-orders warning returns. You can check your current allowance in Settings > Subscription.

For example, Enterprise includes 50,000 orders per billing cycle. Additional orders cost 0.004 each, up to a 200 overage cap. That cap covers up to 50,000 additional billed orders, making 100,000 the billable-order threshold for the cycle -- not 100,000 included or prepaid orders. Orders above that threshold are retained but held from the app, and no further overage charges accrue.

Annual vs. Monthly Billing

All plans are available in both monthly and annual billing options:

  • Monthly billing -- Pay each month with the flexibility to change or cancel anytime.
  • Annual billing -- Pay for a full year upfront at a discounted rate. Annual plans are typically 15-20% cheaper than paying monthly.

You can see both options when viewing plans in Settings > Subscription. Before an existing subscriber confirms a change, Dashboardly shows a billing-period-specific confirmation:

  • For an annual plan, the confirmation shows the full price for one year and explains that annual billing is paid upfront in one payment. Unless you are still in an active free trial, the payment method on file is charged immediately after confirmation.
  • Any unused time on your current plan and any eligible discount are applied as credits, so the final annual charge may be lower than the displayed full-year price.
  • For a monthly plan, the confirmation shows the monthly price and makes clear that you are not authorizing a full-year payment.

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings > Subscription to see:

  • Your current plan name and price
  • Billing cycle dates
  • Order usage (included orders used vs. remaining)
  • Overage cap status
  • Payment method on file

The Next billing date follows your earliest scheduled billing transition. If support adjusts your billing schedule, Dashboardly shows that scheduled date instead of a later date from the previous billing cycle. Stripe may finalize and attempt the automatic payment shortly after the displayed transition time.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then select the plan you want.
  3. Select Review Plan Change.
  4. Review the billing period, price, and charge timing. For a yearly plan, select Confirm annual payment only when you are ready to authorize the upfront annual charge.

During an active free trial, a confirmed plan selection appears immediately as the current plan while the existing trial dates and included usage remain unchanged. You do not need Dashboardly Support to apply the selection. If the previous plan remains visible after a refresh, contact support instead of submitting the same change repeatedly.

Paid upgrades apply the new plan’s included allowance after payment succeeds, subtracting the included orders already used in the current cycle. Stripe applies any unused balance from your current plan before calculating the amount due. For a monthly upgrade, only the prorated difference for the remaining billing period is charged. For an annual change, the new annual period begins immediately and the full-year price is charged upfront, minus applicable credits or discounts. If you are still in an active free trial, the annual charge starts when the trial ends.

If orders were held after your overage cap was exhausted, an immediate paid upgrade releases those held orders after the plan change succeeds. A plan change scheduled for a future billing date releases them when the new plan becomes active, unless support approves an earlier release.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Select a lower-tier plan.
  3. Confirm the change.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until then.

Note: If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., you have 4 shops connected but the lower plan only allows 1), you may need to disconnect shops or remove collaborators before the downgrade takes effect.

Activating a Private Custom Plan

Dashboardly support may prepare a private plan for a merchant whose order volume has outgrown the standard plan catalogue. A private custom plan is available only through the secure activation link assigned to that Dashboardly account; it does not appear in the public plan picker and cannot be activated by another merchant.

The activation page shows the monthly base price, included orders, per-order overage rate, monthly overage cap, maximum monthly total, and the date the plan will start. Expand Full offer terms above the confirmation checkbox to review the included features, shop and team limits, and billing and package-expansion details. Only the account owner can confirm the offer.

For a next-cycle offer, select the authorization checkbox and then Confirm and schedule plan. The existing subscription continues unchanged through the current billing cycle, and the custom plan starts at the next billing date shown on the activation page. Confirming does not charge the payment method that day. Dashboardly records the exact terms and the account owner who confirmed them.

Support may separately agree a private evaluation offer for an existing monthly subscription scheduled to cancel. This is not a standard trial available to every account. Before you decide, the page shows the agreed free period, any account credit, the fixed-price period, and a three-stage billing timeline in UTC. These dates, the first new base payment, cancellation guidance, and monthly order charges remain visible without expanding the full terms. Select the checkbox and Confirm and start free evaluation only when you are ready to reactivate the existing subscription. No new subscription or payment is created by opening the link.

The free evaluation starts on confirmation, not when support prepares the link. You receive at least the displayed number of full free days, plus the remaining hours of your activation day in UTC. If the displayed confirmation deadline passes, reload and review the new dates. Cancel before the free evaluation ends if you do not want to continue into monthly billing.

When the offer includes a credit equal to one base month, the timeline separates three stages:

  1. Free evaluation: no base fee or order overage during the agreed free period.
  2. Next month covered by credit: the existing credit covers the first paid month's base fee, with no new base payment for that month. This is a paid billing cycle with the plan's included order allowance; additional order usage is separate from the base-month credit.
  3. First new base payment: the page shows the scheduled start of recurring base payments after the credited month. The subscription must still be continuing; any other account credits reduce the amount due, and Stripe may collect payment after the scheduled billing time.

For example, confirming a 30-day offer on 11 September 2026 gives a free-evaluation end of 12 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC. A one-base-month credit then covers the base fee from 12 October until 12 November, with the first new base payment scheduled for 12 November at 00:00 UTC. The second stage is a calendar billing month, not another 30-day trial. Month-end dates adjust for shorter months, including leap years.

The credited month counts as month 1 of the agreed paid-month base-price guarantee. The credit is not a cash refund, a permanent discount, or a promise of two months of unlimited free order usage. The displayed maximum covers base and order charges for the current package; extra clients, shop slots, or higher volumes require a separately agreed package before billing changes.

After the page shows Custom plan confirmed, select View subscription below the offer details to open Settings > Subscription for your account. Agency owners go to the agency workspace's subscription settings, not an individual shop's settings. If the offer cannot be opened, Go to Subscriptions takes you to that same account-level page; opening it does not confirm an offer or change your subscription.

If the page says Your confirmation is saved, activation is still being checked. Use Check activation status; do not create another subscription. If support needs to check the activation, contact hello@dashboardly.io before making another subscription change. Your accepted terms remain recorded.

If confirmation says the displayed dates or terms changed, reload the offer and review the full terms and first billing date again before confirming. If the same message returns after a fresh review, contact support using the existing offer link rather than starting another subscription.

If a custom-offer link is expired, belongs to another account, or the subscription already has another scheduled billing change, Dashboardly does not schedule the plan. Contact support for a new link or an updated offer.

Changing Your Payment Method

Payment is processed through Stripe. To update your card or payment method:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Look for the payment management option.
  3. You will be directed to Stripe's secure portal to update your details.

Overage Cap

The Overage Cap lets you control extra charges when you exceed your plan's included orders.

  • Resume Cap -- Re-enable overage billing after you have paused it. Order syncing is unaffected.
  • Pause Cap -- Stop new overage charges after your included orders run out. Orders continue syncing securely; once the available overage reaches the cap, later orders are held from the app until a cap increase with available capacity, a plan upgrade, or approved support release.
  • Edit Cap -- Change the maximum overage amount you are willing to pay, up to your plan’s maximum. You can lower it even after selecting the maximum, provided the new cap covers charges already accrued. On an active paid subscription, increasing it to provide additional capacity resumes overage billing and releases held orders. Manual pauses and payment restrictions remain in place.

For example, if you are on Pro with an 80 cap, you can raise it as high as 150 without changing plans. If all 80 has been used, increasing the cap to 100 makes another 20 available, covering 4,000 additional orders at 0.005 each. Changing the cap sets your spending ceiling; the additional amount is charged only as extra orders use it.

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription".
  3. Complete a brief exit survey (optional but appreciated).
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You keep full access to all features until that date.
  • Imports already in progress and ongoing TikTok Shop data sync continue until that date, so scheduling a cancellation does not immediately stop new shop data from arriving.
  • After the billing period ends, your account enters a limited state.
  • Your data is not deleted. If you resubscribe later, your historical data will still be available.

Reactivating After Cancellation

If you cancelled but change your mind before the billing period ends:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Click "Reactivate Subscription".
  3. Your plan continues as before with no interruption.

Reactivation Offers

If you cancelled your subscription, you may see a special offer when you log back in. These offers are personalized and can include:

  • A free trial period (for example, 2 months free) so you can try Dashboardly again with no commitment.
  • A discounted rate after the free period ends (for example, 50% off for 12 months).

During the free period, you can process unlimited orders and your data imports resume automatically -- your historical data is still there, and new data starts flowing in right away.

Reactivation offers are shown on the login screen and are available for a limited time. If you see one and are interested, we recommend accepting it before it expires.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial:

  • You have full access to all features of your chosen plan.
  • No payment is charged until the trial ends.
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

The trial end date is shown on your Subscription page.

Dashboardly may also send one trial-ending email three days before the trial ends. This email is generated from the same trial date shown in your account; an in-app billing reminder may appear separately. If you receive more than one trial-ending email for the same subscription and date, contact Dashboardly support so the delivery can be reviewed.

If your subscription already has a promotional rate, the trial-ending reminder uses the discounted upcoming amount while that discount remains active. A promotion no longer being offered to new customers does not remove a discount that is already attached to your subscription. After its scheduled end date, the regular plan price applies.

Tips

  • Start with a plan that matches your order volume. You can always upgrade later if your business grows.
  • Set an Overage Cap to avoid unexpected charges if you have a busy month.
  • Consider annual billing if you plan to use Dashboardly long-term -- the savings add up.
  • Check your usage on the Subscription page periodically to see if you are approaching your order limit.

Common Issues

"Payment failed"

  • You will receive an email notification if a payment fails. Dashboardly automatically retries the charge, so in many cases the issue resolves on its own.
  • Dashboardly continues importing data during the 10-day payment-recovery period. If payment is still unsuccessful when that period ends, new imports pause until the subscription is restored; your existing Dashboardly data is not deleted.
  • When imports are paused, Dashboardly shows a persistent Payment failed banner. Select Update payment method to open Stripe's secure billing portal.
  • Check that your card is not expired and has sufficient funds.
  • You can also update your payment method from Settings > Payments.
  • After a successful payment, syncing resumes automatically and Dashboardly starts a separate catch-up import for the missing period. This recovery does not repeat first-time onboarding messages.
  • If you restore access by choosing a different plan, the newly paid plan becomes your current plan. Do not submit a second payment when Stripe already shows the invoice as paid; if Dashboardly still shows the previous plan after a refresh, contact support with the invoice date so the account can be reconciled.
  • If the problem persists, contact your bank to ensure they are not blocking the charge.

Plan features not updating after upgrade

It may take a minute for the system to process your upgrade. Refresh the page. If features still show the old plan after 5 minutes, contact support.

Cannot downgrade due to usage limits

If you have more shops connected or more collaborators than the lower plan allows, you will need to reduce your usage first. Disconnect extra shops or remove extra collaborators before downgrading.
