You can choose Dashboardly as one of your preferred sources on Google. This helps personalize how Google presents sources you want to follow.
Add Dashboardly
At the end of a Dashboardly blog article, select Add on Google. Google's source preferences open in a new tab, leaving the article open in your original tab. Select Dashboardly and follow any confirmation shown by Google. Google may ask you to sign in before you can save the preference.
You can also open Dashboardly in Google's source preferences directly. The choice applies to the Dashboardly website, not only the article you were reading. Opening the link alone does not save a preference. The link works without optional analytics cookies or JavaScript on the article page.
What the preference changes
For readers who choose Dashboardly, Google may show its content more often in Top Stories. Google may also highlight it as a preferred source in AI Overviews and AI Mode. Google decides which content is relevant to each search; this choice does not guarantee that a Dashboardly article appears.
This is a Google preference. It does not create a Dashboardly subscription, change your Dashboardly plan, or sign you up for email. You can change your preferred sources later in Google's source preferences. Learn more in Google's Preferred Sources guide.
Privacy and troubleshooting
Dashboardly can record that you clicked the link when analytics is enabled under your privacy choice. The click does not tell Dashboardly whether you saved the preference, and Dashboardly does not receive a list of your Google preferred sources through this control. The first version does not load a Google button library on the article; the Google page opens when you click.
If the Google page does not open, try the direct link above. If Google asks you to sign in, complete that step on Google. If the source is unavailable in the selector, check again later; changing a Dashboardly subscription will not change Google's source availability.
