Dashboardly can show TikTok's shipping compensation and its actual offset separately, so you can see how free-shipping support affects your report. These are explanations of existing money, not extra income or expenses.
Profit & Loss
- Expand Net Shipping.
- Expand TikTok Shipping Adjustment.
- Review Shipping compensation, Customer Shipping Fee Offset, and Other shipping adjustments & timing for each period and the total.
Compensation and offset come from finalized regular-order transactions. They retain their original signs, including reversals. Dashboardly does not create an offset by negating compensation, and the two values are not guaranteed to sum to zero.
The remaining adjustment is the difference needed to explain the row already shown in your report. It can include other shipping components, estimates and recognition timing. It is not another fee charged by TikTok.
FBT Fees remains a separate fulfillment expense. Expanding or collapsing the detail does not change Net Shipping, Operating Profit, Net Profit or margins. Sample expenses remain in their existing sample-cost rows.
Sales & Profit
In Summary By Product, use Table view, then Columns, to select Shipping compensation and Customer Shipping Fee Offset. They are optional and hidden by default. The same fields are available for the Product and SKU rows in that table.
The Platform Subsidy tooltip distinguishes finalized product support from finalized shipping support when those source amounts are available. The finalized subtotal can differ from the displayed subsidy when the report also contains pending estimates, allocation or recognition differences. Platform Subsidy remains informational and is not added to Net Profit a second time.
Source coverage
The detail follows the selected shop, dates, timezone, product/SKU and sales scope. Figures controls use the corresponding finalized-order or fully-settled-day population. Fulfillment-date detail follows fulfillment allocation dates and weights. Pending estimates remain in the existing report totals but are not presented as finalized compensation.
TikTok publishes Customer Shipping Fee Offset for US shops only. For other markets, or when the market cannot be verified, that field stays unavailable rather than treating an import default as a confirmed zero.
A missing breakdown is unavailable, not a confirmed zero. After a temporary request failure, use Retry shipping detail; the rest of your report remains visible. A selected report retains the shipping source captured with its financial totals. If that captured source is incomplete or an older report revision does not contain it, refresh the whole report after the source is updated. Dashboardly does not attach newer transactions to an open report. Statement-date detail also stays unavailable until a matching statement-calendar source is supported; the page does not silently switch to Order date.
This on-screen detail does not replace the canonical financial rows in your export. It is also separate from the FBT Consolidated cost statement: comparing an FBT bill requires the bill's own period and itemized charges.
